Wooden Garden Planter

Hi Ian,
I wanted to drop you a message and thank you for your amazing customer service. We didn’t know a anything about your company but found it from a search on amazon for planters and I looked you up. (I always prefer to go direct) 
From the moment I ordered the communication was good about the planters but you topped it off by replying to me late in the evening on the day of my email to you about the damage to one of them even when you had obviously had such a busy day.
We received the new planter yesterday a few days after we spoke which was an amazing surprise and I want to say thank you. Even in these uncertain times you have been outstanding and I will 100% use you again and will be recommending you to others in the future.
