Exciting news for Anchor Fast Garden Furniture, they have been purchased by the American company the Ames group and will be now marketed by Kelkay in the UK. Kelkay was part of the Ames UK acquisition earlier in 2018 and have formed a strong partnership.
Manufacturing will remain at Doncaster, the quality will stay the same at it always has and the range will be vastly improved using the background market place knowledge from the amazing team at Kelkay, with over 25 years of marketing know how. They already have a massive range of garden products and this is a great add on to their strong portfolio to really give them the edge within the UK.
The range will consist of high quality, durable timber garden furniture and decorative structures. There will be two ranges in the Woodshaw range, firstly the Appleton garden furniture range will consist of extreme quality, replacing the already succesful Devon style of furniture from Anchor Fast Products, which is more than suitable for the UK weather elements. Each product will be manufactured in the UK from of thick, chunky slow grown pine which has been pressure treated to give a 20 year guarantee against rot. This really is the the highest grade of wooden garden furniture we have seen for a long time.
