We took delivery of our BBQ shelter on Tuesday afternoon. Very securely packed and arrived in perfect condition. We couldn’t wait to see what it looked like so started putting it together immediately. The very clear instructions and clearly labelled components allowed us to assemble it in less than an hour. It looks great in our garden, as can be seen from the attached photograph.
You recommend in the care and maintenance information that it should be treated with a suitable water based preservative and wondered if there is a particular brand you would recommend.
Only one small issue. The left hand shelf, item J, has a split along its entire length. We plan on treating it with the recommended preservative and hope this will protect it. But if in the future if this deteriorates further, would it be possible to obtain a replacement?
We are highly delighted with our purchase and now just need some reasonable weather to put it to good use.
