Hi Ian. After helping us with a replacement for our very old arbour I thought you’d like to see pictures of the Woodshaw Appleton Swing Seat Arbour in its designated place in our garden. We applied 3 coats of Ronseal 10 year wood stain in natural oak colour before assembly. My wife and I put it together pretty quickly. I was really pleased to see all the fixing holes lined up where they should and there was practically no warping or twisting of the wood. It’s nice and solid. The arbour catches the Sun most of the day and faces West for the last rays of a summer evening. Add a bench cushion and some gentle motion and it’s perfect with a cup of tea or glass of wine. Our Appleton Arbour arrived on Friday morning. We are currently adding three coats of stain although at least the bench is constructed. It does look good quality so we look forward to having it installed. 

I wanted to say what a delight it has been dealing with you. The experience, compared to our first attempt to buy, was as different as day and night. 

Everything including speed of delivery, properly wrapped pallet and pleasant and helpful delivery driver helped put behind us the stress of our previous experience.

Hello again,
Please thank Ian for the good customer service last time we spoke. I already have a few of your planters, which I’ve stained a nice grey, and which I’ll soon take some photos of to leave some reviews now that the summer is coming and the plants therein are starting to bloom.
This large one is to balance out another of the large ones I bought from you so I’m looking forward to receiving it and staining it to match the others.

Dear Ian
I have just spoken with my Dad and he has asked to let you know all seems sorted with the bird table. He says he rechecked the packaging and found the supports he believed were missing packaged so well he didn’t realise they were there 😁. Also, he has realised the extra tables don’t need those supports and hence all is okay. He has also asked me to apologise on his behalf that he didn’t come back to you following your voicemail from the other day. He had inadvertently lost your details and therefore unable to return. 
May I take the opportunity to thank you so much for your prompt attempts to correct an issue which then appeared to resolve itself.
