Simply Wood Customer Service

Recently I bought a `”Simply Wood” garden bench which unfortunately developed a couple of faults – Ian and his team could not have been more helpful. I live on Shetland, so the delivery cost alone must have been substantial. Excellent communication and customer service – so refreshing compared to some other online companies I have dealt with, and it is very much appreciated. Thank you – Ian Hunt.
